Appointment allocation

Slots for individual examination are arranged through the assignment of available appointment times. In doing so we try to meet the wishes of our patients.
Appointment arrangements are mostly made by telephone.
Please make sure to give us a telephone number that you are contactable on!

Letter of referral

If the examinations are prompted by a referring doctor, the letter of referral is strictly required. Health insurance patients please note that the letter of referral should be valid for the annual quarter in which it has been issued.

Chipcard

We need the insurance card for the entry of patient data (surname, name, date of birth, title, name affixes and insurance data) in our system of practice.
With your chipcard, you also have the opportunity to introduce yourself to us directly in our consultation time, without a letter of referral.

We are prepared to specially arrange examination times for private patients.

Individual health services - patients

For health insurance patients that cannot be covered by their health insurance, we conduct payment after agreement between doctor and patient as an ""individual health service(IGeL)"" (eg. bone density, PET).

Prescription

A complete list of your medications is important for us to have, as a medical treatment can affect many nuclear medicine examinations.

Standard anamnesis / Pregnancy

In general, the conduction of nuclear medical examinations especially in early pregnancy is avoided. To ensure this, we ask you to please declare the last menstruation.

Cancellation of appointment

If you cannot make an appointment we would appeal to you for notification as early as possible please, as we must change our order of nuclide accordingly.
For example, the half-life of Tc99m is 6 hours and the price of a dosage of brain-SPECT is roughly 102 euros.
